Caution
The strong magnetic fields of neodymium magnets can damage items such as televisions, computers, monitors, credit cards, bank cards, diskettes and other data carriers, video tapes, mechanical watches, hearing aids, loud speakers and VCRs. Pace-makers may be damaged. Switch to “Test Mode” in the presence of a strong magnetic force. If a pacemaker or other electrical body implant is in use, keep a minimum of 3 feet distance.
Children should not be allowed to handle neodymium magnets as they can be dangerous. Small magnets pose a choking hazard and should never be swallowed or inserted into any part of the body.
STICKIT Magnetic Strap: Over-exposure to direct sunlight can damage rangefinder lenses.
STICKIT Magnetic Towel: Wash/Dry microfiber towel only. Unbutton and remove the magnet patch from the microfiber before machine wash and dry.
Credit Cards
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your accurate billing address and all information must match the information your bank has on file. Any issues with credit card transactions should be first addressed with your bank.
Order Acceptance Policy
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Monument Golf reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Monument Golf also reserves the right to fill partial orders and to refund any unfulfilled portions under any event.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time in the least number of packages. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless otherwise discussed. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available, and attempt to keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
If a product is marked “out-of-stock” STICKIT Magnetic Gear reserves the right to discontinue that product at any time.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where STICKIT Magnetic Gear holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Warranty of Use
STICKIT Magnetic Gear, nor STICKIT Brands, LLC, does not warranty the product known as ‘STICKIT’ or ‘MAGNETIC RANGEFINDER STRAP’ or ‘MAGNETIC TOWEL’. STICKIT Magnetic Gear, nor Monument Golf, LLC, assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any product including laser rangefinders, cell phones, speakers or any other product being used in conjunction with the ‘STICKIT’ product, including attaching or affixing to metal or any other surface.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information or offers made by STICKIT Magnetic Gear on it’s website, STICKIT Magnetic Gear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. STICKIT Magnetic Gear shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, STICKIT Magnetic Gear will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
